Conference series “Horizons de la philologie numérique. L’Anthologie grecque pour repenser [formats], [paradigmes] et [collaboration]"

Together with the University of Naples Federico II, we invite you to participate in the study days entitled "Horizons of Digital Philology. The Greek Anthology to Rethink Formats, Paradigms, and Collaboration." This event, dedicated to current developments in philology in the digital age, based on the Greek Anthology, will be held from April 16 to 18, 2024, at the Federico II (Napoli, Via Porta di Massa, 1 - Aula ex-cataloghi lignei).
The study days will focus on the case study of the Greek Anthology, allowing for the promotion of the platform and data derived from the Anthologia graeca platform (a digital and collaborative publishing project). Each day will be dedicated to one of the event's three themes:
April 16: Paleography, HTR, and Digital Reconstruction
April 17: Collaborative Philology
April 18: Epistemology of Texts: Critical Edition of Classical Texts
The mornings will be dedicated to lectures (on-site and remotely) and the afternoons to practical workshops (on-site only) to explore the concepts discussed in a concrete way and apply some of the methodologies presented.
